Sign-in and security

Sign in with the address used for your invitation. The invitation link remains valid for 24 hours and lets you choose your first password.

First sign-in​

  1. Open the link received by email.
  2. Choose a password of at least 12 characters.
  3. Sign in with your email address.
  4. If you are an administrator, configure two-factor authentication (2FA).

Forgotten password​

On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?, enter your email and use the link you receive. The link is personal, single-use and valid for 30 minutes.

After the reset, all previous sessions are closed. Your 2FA configuration remains active.
